Change Your Words–Change Your Wealth

What you say matters.  Especially if you start your statements with I.  “I” or “I am” statements are very powerful affirmations.  Be super meticulous with your words.    When you find yourself about to say something negative about yourself, or money, STOP, and restate that.

In this post I will guide you to change your statements, so that you can attract money and I am sharing a powerful tapping script that will shift your nervous system reactions when you think of money.

First lets change those statements:

” I need to save for that”.    switch that to     ” I will create the money for that.”

“I never have enough money     switch that to    ” I have enough money for all my needs.”

“I don’t know how to manage money”              ” I manage money well”

” I am always in debt”            “I have a safety net of savings.”

” I hate money”    OHHH!!      ” I LOVE Money.”

“Money never comes to me.”       “money flows to me easily.”

“Money is hard to make”          “I create ways to make money easily”

This tapping is powerful, you may need to repeat it several days, or longer, depending on how much you have been judging money, and your emotional reaction when you think of money.

Once you get a new mindset around money, and treat money with more respect, watch what happens to your earnings and spending.

Is it Fear of Failure or……….Fear of Success


images fear of success writingYou done all they told you to do. Got the degree from a well respected university, did more and got your masters or MBA. You have been working really hard for years, and you still don’t feel you are getting what you deserve. You tell yourself, learn more, train more, work harder, longer and maybe they will promote you, or your work will be seen more.

If that has been your story, maybe you don’t need to do any more. I mean no more external solutions, because you know in your heart you have done your best, and with what you have you should be there by now. And when you talk to your friends and read articles you recognize you don’t have any problem with fear of failure, because in reality you have not failed, and you have the skills, and you know you are GOOD at what you do.

What is going on?! Why do you keep running and not getting where you want to go? why is it so hard? Do you feel like you keep striving and not arriving?

Let me ask you this, “what would happen if you did reach your goal? I mean what would happen if you reached your success marker?”
I know, you’d be excited, have more money, more power, more influence, the body you have dreamt of, and be more happy?
Are you sure you would be more happy?

Now please reflect on this question: ” what is the downside of getting to my goal?
Yes, take a deep breath. What will happen that you don’t like or are afraid will happen when you reach your goal?

The answer to that question is the key to your success. Those fears are your fear of actually succeeding at what you say you are working towards.
What is really happening is that you are working hard to “get there”, but that is the external actions. Internally, you are putting the brakes, and saying ” Oh, No. I am not going there.”
and you know what, that internal message has more power than all the work you do externally. In fact its pretty strong. Its the Foot on the brake, and no matter what you do to move forward, its really hard to get there, its super slow if you do move, and its frustrating and tiring.

FEAR OF SUCCESS is a real big stopper, and once you understand it, then you can release that fear and get the inner part of you helping and supporting your external, physical efforts. Once you have all the bits in congruency, its easy to reach your goals, and your efforts are highly rewarded.

From my work I have found Fear of Success is so prevalent, that I have decided to hold in-person group sessions during April, on Releasing Fear of Success, so that we can all remove the brakes.

Now lets use EFT*, the number one tool on the planet to delete that fear.

Release Fear of Success

Tapping on the points:

I am really afraid that if I reach my goal I will have sacrificed a lot,
I am really afraid that to reach my goal means that I have to……………….
I am afraid that to reach my goal, I will lose………………..
This fear of success
This fear of actually reaching my goal
I now see it, I am afraid, and I am making it really hard on myself.
I am making it very hard on myself, like driving with the brakes on
My goal looks great, and I work so–so hard to get there, but I have this fear inside me
This fear that………………… This fear,
This fear, this awful fear, this fear that makes me feel …………… in my body, this fear,
This fear, this belief that this is what will happen if I get to my goal, if I succeed,
This fear, this fear, this belief, this scary feeling, this fear,
Its stopping me, its making my goal so hard to reach, this fear.

Continue tapping on the fear till it reaches 5 or less. You can now tap in positive statements.
I wonder if its possible to know its ok if I reach my goal,
I wonder if its possible that what I am afraid of if not worth me stopping myself.
I wonder if its possible that this fear is not really what is going to happen
I wonder if its possible that I have stopped myself because of a misunderstanding in my mind.

I choose to go for my goal, and feel safe. I choose to fully go for my goal
Repeat the above as needed, may take a few days of regular tapping.

Is It Driving You Crazy………Procrastination?

Ah Procrastination, almost everybody is affected.

Many are so embarrassed that they too are procrastinators.

Its a tough one.

You end up with hours of self blame and nights trying to get rid of it.

That too, my friends I had.  Yes, I did.

I know, from my accomplishments, you would never guess it.  You would think I stick to a strict time schedule and get my stuff done.  In fact, I was till recently struggling with daily procrastination on my important tasks. It felt AWFUL, I felt like PROCRASTINATION was ruling my life, almost like a drug, and the self blame and frustration why I could not get over it was tiring me out.

I worked on my procrastination, without procrastinating!!
I am sharing what I did to get release that way of acting– that awful virused PROGRAM.  I am because it may help you on your way of recovering from Procrastination.

First of all, let us agree that procrastination is NOT LAZINESS, or CARELESSNESS.

Procrastination is a real issue and has deep underlying reasons.

Here is what causes procrastination. The task you have written down is too large; for example you need to write an article. In reality this may mean a.  do research, b. do interviews  c. write draft d. write article.   The tasks need to be written out that way, or you may, like me just keep moving that big task from one week to the next, or to next year as has happened with me.  

There is a part you don’t know how to do, or is difficult–so a.  get help, b. recognize the sub tasks and start on them–for example, for website building, a. check out web builders,  b. research pros-cons,  c. choose a builder.

Having dealt with the skills issues….Recognize the emotions underlying the procrastination– and that is the biggie.  WHY don’t I want to do it.  A lot of times our first answer is

 “of course I want to get this done– its on my list and I need to do it.”

but in reality there is a reason for the struggle and putting this task off.

A question I use with myself and my clients is

“What will happen if you get it done?”, 

and you will be surprised how clear and fast the answer comes, and it usually has to do with a FEAR.

Fear of rejection, fear of being told its not good enough, fear of being judged, fear of completion, and even fear of doing it well.

The fear is so strong that it stops till you barely have time, and now you have to just get it done, and then in your mind even if you are rejected you have a great excuse, “it was a fast job–its not my best–its because i procrastinated”  all these are saying

“its not me to be rejected– its because of the way I handled it.”

The best way to break procrastination is to deal with that fear, and the best way I know of on this planet to release the fear is to use Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT*.

in reality its becoming very heavy on my heart, when i think about it, i can hardly breathe,

and some times my heart palpitates,

i just can not get my self to get started, or to finish it,

its tiring me out and i am tired of seeing this task on my list EVERYDAY, its haunting me,

i know i am going to have to do it before its deadline, but its so hard for me to start, and i keep putting it off,

its because…….your fear goes here……..

its because if i get it done, it may not be just right, and then they will
know i am not as good as i claim,

its because it may not be perfect

its because i am afraid when they get the proposal they will just ignore me, or write me a ‘no, thank you letter’, yes a rejection

its because, i am really afraid of being hurt again, i am afraid of being told
I am not good enough– it really would hurt,

Now tap directly on the fear,

this fear of rejection

this fear of not being good enough

this fear that they will not accept my work

this fear that no clients will buy what i am offering

this fear………

when the fear is calmer, think about the worst case– maybe they don’t accept your proposal, or they never give you an interview.  Does that really, really mean because they reject you– what else could it mean.  Your mind will find other reasons and you will release the fear that it only means — you are not good enough.

could it be they don’t need that service, or its good but they want something different, something less expensive.

My advice is to tap on the fears daily, and anything that comes up causing you to not get the task done.

It may take a week, 2 weeks, or even a month of tapping on issues related to procrastination, but believe me, its worth it.

Go for it, get your to do list done with ease,

to your success, and happiness,

Do You Believe its Possible………………Happiness?


image book 2 10376145_429824930532271_5761042551738908251_nMy first book on Emotional Freedom Techniques–EFT, was titled “Your Comfort is in Your Hands”.  Its an Arabic title, and in a way it means your Happiness.

The book is doing well, and people who know me, or know about EFT usually pick up 3 or more copies to share with their friends.  Other than that I was surprised to find, that even when its available to read for free people were not interested.

I have a copy in my hairdressers salon, and I have asked him, why are they not reading it, or buying copies from him.  The answer to that question has gotten me thinking a lot.    His answer was

” they don’t believe”, they don’t believe its possible to be in comfort/happy.”

I also found that when I say ” I show people who are stressed, unhappy and unfulfilled how  to be happier” and that I call myself a Happiness Coach”, they blank out on me.  They don’t get it.

They don’t Believe it.

I wonder what happened for people to stop believing its possible to be happy.  I wonder what pains hurt them so much, that they gave up on the possibility of happiness? I wonder what messages did they receive from the media, from people around them, from their parents that its not possible to be happy.
Some people have decided that believing in happiness is naive, or living in la la land, or for meditation gurus, or maybe very select privileged people with no problems.

The truth is, everybody has issues in their lives, and you may be surprised to know that person who you think is trouble free, and has an easy life, actually has a lot to deal with, but still they are “comfortable”, at peace with themselves, or even happy.    They have chosen to believe in happiness.

Happy people don’t necessarily have the great mother, the money, the education, the looks, the…….you name it.  Its not what you are missing that is the reason for your not being happy.

I personally believe in angles, believe in miracles, and believe you can change your life.  I believe that if you are ill, to find all the tools, medical, emotional, psychological to find relief.  I believe if you have relationship problems, find a relationship expert, a coach, someone trained to help in relationships, and if you are not as successful as you want to be, learn the skills and tools used to be more successful.

I personally did that in my life, in exactly those 3 areas, where I have released a debilitating disease from my body, and now live pain free, I worked on a rocky marriage, and I changed my life, after 5O years to following my passion, and creating the life I want.

What will you choose today?

Will you choose that not so comfortable/often painful Comfort Zone?

Will you choose Possibility?

Will you choose happiness?

i wonder if its possible to find something to be happy about, maybe my looks, my health, my home, my children, my friend, my job, my income, my dog, something that makes me happy,

i wonder if i can be happy a few minutes for the good things i have in life,

i wonder if i can find more things that make me happy, like that garden i pass by daily, or song i love to hear, or…..

i wonder if i can be happy for an hour a day, because i have something that make me happy,

i wonder if its possible that the more i look the more i find things to be happy,

i choose to see all the good things in my life,  I choose to see how lucky I am.

I choose to see its possible to be happy even with all those stories I have,

I choose to be happy anyway, no matter what is happening in my life,

I choose to be happy, but its much better than being unhappy,

I choose to feel good, and find what is good about my life every day, every hours, every minute.

I choose Happiness.

Yes, I said it,  Perfectionist,

Are you one  a …Perfectionist?

Are you overwhelmed and stressed because you are a perfectionist?

Are you feel that the work always needs something else.  It always needs one more revision.  It needs another font, it needs better wording, it needs to be longer, shorter, thicker, thinner, bolder,…. whatever.  Its not done yet, because it still has this thing that can be improved.

Guess what.  I know that, and everybody else in the world knows it could be better, it could be improved on, and it could be……perfected.

Let me ask you this, what if the person who invented the first home computer was still waiting for it to be perfected.  What if  he was still waiting for it to provide you with the best word and excel and power point program.  Would that have served the millions around the world who have been using computers.  I personally saw the Sinclair– a very old very old version of a computer, and you know what, I was happy to have that version.  It worked and I was excited.  I never once thought, how could they offer that when the invention is not yet fully developed and perfected.  It never dawned on me to say this is not good, and in fact if it had glitches, I knew things would improve.

All of us have seen the developments in phones, cars, airplanes, and almost anything in our life.  Even knowledge about the our bodies, foods, world, is being updated and revised.

All these scientists, inventors, writers were not perfect.  All of them did their best at the time, and were open to developments.  We all benefited from their work, even if it was  imperfect.

I am suggesting here, that maybe you could allow yourself to not be perfect, to not get the 99 or the A.  What if what you have completed is good enough to be presented, good enough to be used by others, good enough to share with people, and to serve others.

Here is what I learned in my recovery from Perfectionism.  First I thought I was not one –mmm denial.  You know why most perfectionist will tell you, “Oh, No, I am not a perfectionist at all, I just want it to be as good as possible”,

because being a perfectionist means it has to be PERFECT– and that is very hard to define and you don’t know when you have gotten there, so in their minds they are not perfectionists, because its NOT PERFECT.

The other issue is perfectionists believe its a good thing –they are proud to be a perfectionist.  Some of them wear the word like a badge.  In fact they have no clue that this ‘perfectionism” is hurting them and others around them.

They are not enjoying friends over, because the house is not cleaned up the way they want, they are not giving in their thesis for years, because it needs a bit research, they are not starting their business, because they are not that good, and they are not …….you name it.  Life is on hold because whatever they are doing is not ready for delivery, or not good enough.

Perfectionists hurt themselves and those around them, as they wait for perfection their genius is locked up.

I personally had to work on perfectionism a lot, and I see it often in brilliant people that have so much to give and share, but they can not because………….. they are waiting to reach perfection.

Today I am going to give you a statement that shifted my mind and its one I have shared with hundreds with my clients.  I learned it in the first years of transforming my life.  Its simple, but profound.  I had this statement up on the wall behind my computer and often when redoing the mail, or report, or chapter in my book I would look up and remember


Without that statement I would probably still be rewriting my programs and thinking I just need to …….  before I put it out the world.

Imagine all the people who have benefited from my work, who would be waiting.  Its really unfair.

Today, I want you to ask yourself,

What are you holding onto and not sharing because you think you have to perfect first?
When will you know its now perfect– or at least almost perfect?

Are you sure that will be good enough?  Or do you still want to change it?

Its great to want to improve, and you can do that, but after you share your Good Enough, then you go ahead and do another version, and do all they developments you want.  Because you know what there really is no such thing as Perfect.

Maybe its not safe for me to  make a mistake

maybe I was taught its unacceptable for me to make a mistake

maybe I learned that I must get it ALL right

maybe I was taught if you are not perfect, you are not worthy of love

maybe I believed that I have to be perfect to be loved

maybe I believe I need to be perfect, to get all right, to do it right, to be perfect.

Tap a few rounds, these beliefs, till you feel you can move to positive thoughts and beliefs.  You may need to tap these a few times.

I wonder if its possible for me to feel comfortable with being excellent,

I wonder if its possible that I am not expected to be perfect, I will do my best and that is being perfect.

I wonder if its possible that I misunderstood, and I don’t have to be perfect.

I wonder if its possible that there is no such thing as perfect.  That there is only do your best and improve on that.

I wonder if I am already doing a great job and that is perfect.

I choose to know that perfection is an illusion, and what I strive for is my very best.

Of course, change words around, and Tap on Need to Be Perfect till you get to where you let go of the need.
